• Income verification required during the application process
• Criminal background checks required; unsatisfactory credit may require an additional deposit

• Security deposit (on approved credit): $500
• Storage: $75/month
• WiFi: TDS starting at $49.99/month or AT&T starting at $40/month
• Heated garage parking: $150/month for standard vehicles, $200/month for electric vehicles (surface lot parking is free)
• Optional risk release insurance: $20/month

PET POLICY

We are pet friendly and allow up to three pets per home with no breed restrictions. Pet rent is $30/month for cats and $50/month for dogs. One-time non-refundable pet fees are $300 for cats and $500 for dogs.

UTILITIES
Residents are responsible for electricity through Alliant Energy. Residents in 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments are also responsible for gas through Madison Gas & Electric. A community utility share is also billed back to residents and capped by occupancy: $53.50 for 1 resident, $63.50 for 2 residents, and $73.50 for 3 residents.
